Delivery times for shipments without a tracking number to international destinations (other than Canada and the United States) can range from 1 to 3 weeks.
When an order shipped internationally reaches the destination country, the package may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. These delays are normal and beyond our control.

Salma Fashion accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective items purchased online.
In case of an exchange or a return, please contact us mentioning your name, order number, item description and the reason.You will receive an answer within 24 hours to explain how to proceed.
All shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges are borne by the customer.
Salma fashion reserves the right to decline a return or an exchange.
Color Matching
Computer, phone, tablet, and TV screens are not all calibrated the same and color tones on the Internet can be drastically different than what you would see in person or under different lighting conditions. Therefore, Salma Fashion is not responsible for color matching.
Any exchange or return due to a color mismatch is subject to a restocking fee.
